Whenever I feel a little down, watching the people on this always brightens up my day, as I realise I could a man on crack, cheating on his pregnant ex-wife who is violentally abusive to him and wants a DNA test to prove the child is actually hers and a lie detector test for the fun of it.

I watch it (if im up that early), a guilty pleasure of mine to be honest, after all there isn't anything else on at 9:30 am.

Watching these people getting bullied on national television by the massive tosser (AKA Jeremy Kyle) does actually make you feel better about yourself. I find it quite entertaining, and sometimes funny.
