Robin Van Persie announces he will not sign a contract

Post by Theo Filippo on Thu Jul 05, 2012 2:28 am

'It became clear after a meeting with Arsene Wenger & Ivan Gazidis that we disagree on the way Arsenal should move forward'

    Arsenal's ambition coming through again.

Tbh, I'd rather keep him for another year and lose him on a free than sell him now for like £10M.

Gone is the era of van Persie, marking the beginning of the time of Giroud

I'd rather keep him for another year than accept £30 Million because i don't give a fuck about the money side, Arsenal have made incredible profits over the last 10 years and never invest it in top players, just players with potential.

All we need to know now is whether he is willing to see out his contract or he whether he wants out.

If he is willing to stay for another year, do we keep him to help us gain a Champions League place next season to bring in £40 million, or do we sell him now for £20 million?

    Typical bullshit

RVP won't be all that missed because this was his first real good season
He won't go to Juventus because the Italian league is so poor
If he went to City he wouldn't really play

    Bla Bla Bla.

I expected RVP to leave so it hasn't hit me as hard, especially seeing we brought in Giroud and Podolski.

Just hope he doesn't go to an English club, could see Chelsea snapping him up.

Van Persie will complete his move to #MCFC within two weeks. Fee of around £22m. Contract worth £225k per week already agreed. #AFC

He won't be signing for City within two weeks then. alee2
