The world will not end. Just time for others to step up...which they will.
I'm excited tbh.. it will be a great challenge for sure. Wenger..let's see what else you have in the tank.. fuck the board.

Just sell RVP ASAP so we can start preparing ourselves as quickly as possible for his absence.

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
Arsenal's second-biggest shareholders have written to owner Stan Kroenke expressing "deep reservations" about how the American is running the club after captain Robin van Persie refused to sign a new contract.
Alisher Usmanov and Farhad Moshiri say in the letter obtained on Thursday by the Associated Press that a "tight" financial regime is leading to manager Arsène Wenger "selling his best players and having to continue to find cheaper replacements".
They complain that "we are faced with losing our true marquee player" because we cannot "give confidence that we can win trophies," asking "where are the safeguards to ensure that this doesn't happen again and again?"
The pair own just under 30% of Arsenal through investment company Red & White but haven't been allowed by Kroenke to join the board.

Perhaps you could prepare by changing your ridiculous flashing signature which declares him "A GUNNER".

Could we have a Man United situation where the debt falls onto our doorstep?

All kicking off now eh!!
Not read the full letter but from the extracts I've seen they've made some good points and asked some questions that certainly need answers.
Smacks of opportunism to me though too. Trying to use the current anger/disappointment of the RvP situation to try and gain support from fans and destabilise Kroenkes position.
Be interesting to see how it plays out. Can't let it drag on long with pre season and the start of the new season round the corner, would cause major problems.
I'll be around for a little bit to talk about this. Big things happening that are too long to be done on twitter.

Hey.
Doubt it. Kroenkes won't be in any rush to sell and the current Arsenal board don't want him I don't think?

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
With RvP on the way out how you think we'll line up next season?
Think Podolski will be moved upfront? He seemed to want to play RvP, Pod and Giroud together so maybe Pod behind Giroud??
That's assuming we don't buy another striker and RvP is sold on.

If everything stays how it is Podolski, Giroud and Walcott as the front 3. I'm looking forward to seeing Giroud he classes himself as a Mario Gomez type player and with the way we create the chances for our striker I think he will score plenty.

Re: Official Arsenal FC Thread
Start of the season maybe:
Song - Arteta
Walcott - Podolski - Gervinho
Giroud
Eventually:
Song
Arteta - Wilshere
Walcott - Giroud - Podolski
That's if we don't sign anyone attacking.

Chamberlain not ready for a starting spot then in your eyes? I imagine he'll get a lot of play time next season now he's starting to look the part.
I'm looking forward to seeing Giroud too Theo. watched a few videos of his goals last season and be seems to have it all.

Not yet, obviously he can still play a big part in the squad but he should be handled with care we don't want another Wilshere problem where he's burnt out.

Why would we need suicide watch??
Losing RvP sucks majorly but we were fine before him and we'll be fine when he's gone.

ha ha you're hilarious.
Anyway, I think Arsenal will still do well without Van Persie, they've still got a lot of quality. At least he's not left it until the last minute to say he won't sign a new contract, gives you a lot of time to prepare for life without him.

He said he's taking money out of the club like months ago, which he needed to take over Arsenal with. He's just in it for the profit and tbh he needs to get Frimponged
